Tips for Healthy life:
  • Read books, novels before sleeping. It helps with relaxation and sleep
  • Do crossword – Keeps the brain active as you can.
  • Have a nice sleep. Sleep is essential for restoring the body and maintaining health.
  • Go out into the fresh air as often as you can.
  • Walk and keep physically active. It is good for the heart and lungs
  • Expose yourself to humor and laugh. Laughter has been shown to lower pain thresholds, reduce stress and even boost immune system function. Laughter is called “inner jogging.”
  • Drink at least 6 to 8 cups of liquid a day. Preferably water and fruit juices – to give the body a chance to deal with all the toxins we consume on daily basis.
  • Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. This will make you enjoy better health and vitality which in turn can make life more enjoyable.
  • Keep your home safe and free from bacteria and germs. Wear slippers and increase the level of lighting everywhere.
  • Regular exercise is most important. Exercise benefits every part of your life, from attitude to your cardiovascular systems.
  • Balanced Died. From salad through to dessert, try cooking only nutritious food. Avoid fad diets. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Practice stress relief. Find something that helps you deal with the pressure of life and work. It can be exercise, yoga, deep breathing, a hobby or spiritualism.
  • Get a regular medical check-up at least once in 6 months, and make sure your immune system is up to date.
  • Think Safety in everything you do. Always follow safety guidelines that come with products. Use proper tools and safety equipment.
  • Last but not the least – Do something for other people. A little volunteer work is a great way to keep a healthy self-image and improve your community at the same time.
